About Us

  • A Entrepreneurial and Social Venture started in 2016 by Lakshmi Suryanarayanan at Oberoi Splendor, JVLR.
  • Circulating library and activity centre for storytelling, reading, speech and drama related activities.
  • Self sustaining, ecological and nonprofit venture. Fees are used for library operations and expansion
  • Ever growing collection of over 8000 books of fiction from toddlers to adults, management books, business books, travel, cookery etc
  • Home delivery option for Oberoi Splendor and Prisma members (not a sit and read library due to limited space)
  • Service to nearby areas to start soon, only for borrowing of books with home delivery and collection option

Our Social Focus

  • To keep alive reading habits by providing popular fiction, new releases, best sellers and trending books - from toddlers to adults
  • Caring for the environment through sharing of books
  • To be a launch pad for various classes, educational concepts and products thereby benefitting members and entrepreneurs
  • To promote writing of stories, poems, literature, books by both children and adults and publish them
  • Making available books to the underprivileged by conducting donation drives

Team Papyrus

It’s an all women team headed by Ms Lakshmi Suryanarayanan an experienced and qualified teacher, a bibliophile, a multimedia artist, edutainment and content creator having work experience in both education and media fields. Thinking out of the box, finding new pathways, unconditional love for children and taking challenges head on define her.
